Why Frontier Administrative Services?

A private family trust company is the pinnacle of personalized and efficient trust management.

Tailored to meet the exacting needs of individuals and families, these entities provide comprehensive fiduciary services while affording families greater control, flexibility and confidentiality. Acting as a trustee, the PTC is responsible for overseeing the management, protection and distribution of assets according to the terms of an established trust document or a new trust created after the formation of the PTC. This unique approach enables clients to maintain a direct influence over their financial legacies, benefit from specialized expertise, encourage multi-generational education and participation, and capitalize on Wyoming-specific advantages. A PTC combines customized trust management with family empowerment, fostering a secure environment for wealth preservation and multi-generational engagement.

Why Wyoming?

A favored state for wealth protection.

Wyoming is one of only a few top-ranking trust situs states that allows for the formation of regulated as well as unregulated PTCs.

This gives Frontier and Long Reimer Winegar LLP the widest of latitudes when it comes to helping a family select and form the most appropriate type of Private Trust Company.

Wyoming’s favored status stems from a combination of low taxes, advantageous trust statutes and asset protection laws, and a state legislature that is consistently friendly to and proactive when it comes to wealth-protection.
