Frontier was created in 2007 to meet the needs of Long Reimer Winegar LLP’s private trust company clients.
With only a handful of PTCs to administer in its first year, Frontier now caters to over 200 PTCs for individuals and families from a wide range of interests and backgrounds. Frontier’s cost-efficient and light-touch approach is designed to ensure a family’s PTC is always considered a Wyoming trustee and therefore able to take advantage of the state’s modern trust laws. Sorina Juganaru – Client Support Specialist
Sorina is a dedicated professional fluent in English, Romanian, and Spanish, passionate about personal growth. She supports clients and manages relationships in the private trust company sector. With experience in legal assistance across civil litigation, immigration, and estate planning, she excels in administrative coordination. She is pursuing an MBA in Finance and specialized training in victim advocacy, combining strong analytical skills and clear communication to deliver quality results. Outside of work, she devotes her time to raising her son.
Brandon V. Dixon – Director of Client Services
Brandon V. Dixon is the Director of Client Services at Frontier Administrative Services, bringing extensive experience in operations management, strategic thinking, and team leadership to the role. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Utah Valley University. His professional journey includes significant roles at Fidelity Investments, Zions Bank, and the Grand Teton Lodge Company. An avid outdoorsman, Brandon enjoys the multitude of recreational opportunities Wyoming offers, including camping, boating, hiking, biking, and skiing.
Destiny Ortega-Bravo – Bookkeeper
A true local who was born and raised in Alpine, Wyoming. Destiny joined Frontier Administrative Services in July 2022 as a Client Service Associate. She takes great pleasure in building long-lasting relationships with clients and supporting their administrative needs. Destiny is currently working to obtain a CTFA certification (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) from the Cannon Financial Institute to better assist clients. Destiny enjoys spending time in the mountains or on the lake with her husband and their two dogs.
